Shipping and Handling
Tech Firma offers both United States and International delivery to P.O. boxes and street addresses. All items ship via United States Parcel Service (USPS) Priority or First Class Mail. Priority shipping and handling rates are calculated based on a standard per shipment charge of $8.25 U.S. or $36.25 International plus a $0.50 per pound surcharge.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The customer will be informed via email of any backordered merchandise and the expected delivery dates.

Unfortunately, we currently are unable to accept orders from Illinois in compliance with state tax laws. We hope to have a remedy for this soon.

Returns
Tech Firma will accept returns of defective merchandise within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be unmodified and returned in original packaging. To return an item, contact Tech Firma Support at support@techfirma.com and include your name, address, order number, merchandise being returned, and the reason for the return. Tech Firma will send a reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please print the RMA notification, include it with the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to:

Because we are unable to control shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer and are not refundable.

Batteries cannot be returned.
